Social media scheduling for SaaS founders

seenpaid is a social media scheduler for SaaS founders who post their own launches, changelogs and build-in-public updates. It publishes to LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Threads and Mastodon from one calendar and lets an AI agent draft and schedule for you. If you switch on revenue attribution, a Stripe or Paddle payment is matched back to the post that sent the buyer.

Which platforms matter

Our pick of networks for SaaS founders, and how often to post on each.

Buyers with a budget read LinkedIn at work, and your posts go out under your own name.

How often: Three to five posts a week. (Our recommendation)

Posts as your personal profile. LinkedIn company pages are not supported yet.

Other founders, early adopters and the build-in-public crowd read X, and launch threads get passed around.

How often: Two or three originals a day at most, spaced hours apart. Source: X’s open-sourced ranker: each post after an author’s first in a feed is scored down

Bring your own X API key. X bills you for API posting; seenpaid does not resell it.

A tech-heavy audience with a chronological Following feed, and posting through seenpaid costs nothing extra.

How often: One to three a day, often the same text as X. (Our recommendation)

The same short writing as X reaches a different crowd, usually without edits.

How often: One a day. (Our recommendation)

Open-source and self-hosting users who read plain release notes and ignore ad copy.

How often: A few a week, mostly release notes. (Our recommendation)

  1. 1

    The changelog post

Shipped today: CSV export on every report. [N] of you asked for it this month, so it jumped the queue. Setup takes one click, details in the link.
  2. 2

    The pricing change, explained

We’re moving the Pro plan from [old price] to [new price] on [date]. Anyone subscribed before then keeps the old price. Here is why we changed it.
  3. 3

The bug you fixed and what it taught you

Our webhook retries were silently dropping events after every deploy. Here is the six-line fix and the test that now guards it.
  4. 4

A customer question, answered in public

Someone asked if [product] works with [tool]. Short answer: yes, since [version]. The setup, in three steps.
  5. 5

    The honest month in review

[Month] for [product]: MRR, churn, what shipped and what slipped. The numbers are copied straight from Stripe.

How the agent runs it

  1. 01At signup, give seenpaid your product’s URL. It reads the page, notes how you sell, and drafts three first posts from what the site actually says.
  2. 02Connect LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads and Mastodon, plus X with your own API key.
  3. 03After each release, paste the changelog into Claude or ChatGPT with seenpaid connected and ask for one post per network.
  4. 04The agent runs validate_post, so an over-length X draft is caught before it is queued, then schedule_post spreads the posts across the week.
  5. 05Switch on attribution if you sell through Stripe or Paddle, and check Results for which release post brought in paying users.

Rules to know before you post

General information with its source, not legal advice. seenpaid publishes what you write and does not check it against these rules.

Reviews from your team or paid for with perks

If you offer credits or a discount for a review, or your own team posts reviews of your product, the 2023 Endorsement Guides cover it. Disclose the relationship next to the review.

Does revenue attribution apply to you?

Links in your posts carry a per-post tracking id. When a checkout that carries that id goes through, the payment is credited to the post, and subscription renewals keep counting for the post that sold them. It is off by default; switch it on in Settings.

Plan that fits

Solo

$19.99/mo · 5 workspaces, every platform in each

One workspace holds every founder channel above, and Solo leaves room for more products, each in its own workspace. Every workspace connects all the platforms above, with as many accounts as you need. Every plan has every feature; they differ only by how many workspaces (brands) you run.

Questions

Can seenpaid post to a LinkedIn company page?

Not today. The LinkedIn connection posts as your personal profile, because company pages need a LinkedIn permission seenpaid does not hold. Founder posts go out under your name.

Does posting to X cost extra?

X charges for API posting and bills you directly. You add your own X API key and credits in your X developer account; seenpaid does not resell X access. Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads and Mastodon carry no such charge.

Will it tell me which launch post made money?

With revenue attribution on and payments through Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar or Dodo Payments, yes. A sale that carries a post’s tracking id is credited to that post. A sale without one stays unmatched; seenpaid never guesses from timing.

Can my AI agent run the calendar?

Yes. seenpaid runs a hosted MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients can read each network’s rules, validate a draft and schedule it. You connect each social account yourself once.
