Terms of Service
Last updated · July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seenpaid (the “Service”), a tool that publishes and schedules social media posts across multiple platforms and attributes revenue to individual posts. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. One person or organization per account unless otherwise agreed.
2. What the Service does
seenpaid lets you connect third-party accounts (such as X, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) and your Stripe account, compose content once, publish or schedule it to those platforms, and see which posts drove clicks and sales. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform’s own terms and policies.
3. Connected accounts & third parties
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize seenpaid to act on your behalf on that platform (for example, to publish posts or read payment data) within the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of those third parties, and a platform may suspend, rate-limit, or change its integration at any time. You can disconnect any account at any time from your settings.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Every plan starts with a free trial; a payment method is required up front, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or any connected platform’s rules;
- send spam, malware, or deceptive, infringing, or hateful content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, to deliver it to the platforms you choose). We don’t claim ownership of your content.
7. Revenue attribution
Attribution figures (clicks, matched payments, and dollars earned) are best-effort estimates based on tracked links and data from your connected Stripe account. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for informational purposes only — not as financial, tax, or accounting advice, and not as a guarantee of results.
8. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We’ll try to give notice of material changes to these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
