Social media scheduling for coaches and consultants
seenpaid helps coaches and consultants keep a steady LinkedIn presence without writing each post the morning it goes out. It schedules to LinkedIn, Threads, X and a Telegram channel from one calendar. If clients pay through Stripe, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, it can show which post the buyer came from.
Card required. Billed when the trial ends unless you cancel in Settings first.
Which platforms matter
Our pick of networks for coaches and consultants, and how often to post on each.
Clients hire a person, and your personal profile is where your thinking is judged.
How often: Three to five posts a week. (Our recommendation)
Posts as your personal profile. LinkedIn company pages are not supported yet.
A conversational place to test an idea before it becomes a longer LinkedIn post.
How often: Daily, when you have the material. (Our recommendation)
Worth it if your niche argues in public on X.
How often: One or two originals a day, hours apart. Source: X’s open-sourced ranker: each post after an author’s first in a feed is scored down
Bring your own X API key. X bills you for API posting; seenpaid does not resell it.
A broadcast channel for existing clients and past cohorts, posted through your own bot.
How often: Once or twice a week. (Our recommendation)

- 1
The anonymised client question
A client asked me this week how to say no to a project without burning the relationship. My answer, in three lines.
- 2
The framework as a carousel
The three questions I ask before any engagement: What does done look like? Who signs off? What happens if we do nothing?
- 3
The opinion with a reason
Unpopular take: most leadership offsites should be two hours, not two days. Here is how I run the short version.
- 4
The open-slots post
I have [N] coaching slots for [month]. Here is who they are for, and who they are not for. Booking link below.
- 5
The lesson from a mistake
I once priced a six-month engagement by the hour. What that taught me about scoping, and what I quote now instead.
How the agent runs it
- 01Give seenpaid your website at signup. It reads your offer page and drafts three posts from what it says, so week one is not a blank page.
- 02Connect your personal LinkedIn, Threads and a Telegram channel. Add X only if you are happy to pay X for API posting.
- 03Once a week, paste your session notes, names removed, into Claude or ChatGPT with seenpaid connected and ask for next week’s posts.
- 04The agent validates each draft against LinkedIn’s and Threads’ limits and drops them into your posting times.
- 05If clients pay through a Stripe checkout or payment link, turn on attribution and see which post filled a slot.
Rules to know before you post
General information with its source, not legal advice. seenpaid publishes what you write and does not check it against these rules.
Affiliate and partner recommendations
Recommending a book, tool or program you earn a commission on, or got for nothing, counts as a material connection. Say so in the post itself.
“A “material connection” to the brand includes a personal, family, or employment relationship or a financial relationship”

Health, fitness and nutrition claims
If you coach on health, fitness or nutrition, a post saying a program or supplement produces a health result needs scientific evidence behind it. The guidance names social media and influencer marketing as advertising.
“claims about the health benefits or safety of foods, dietary supplements, drugs, and other health-related products require substantiation in the form of competent and reliable scientific evidence”

Does revenue attribution apply to you?
Put a tracked link to your paid session, course or workbook in the post. When the payment comes through Stripe, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy carrying that link’s id, seenpaid credits the post. Bookings paid by invoice or bank transfer cannot be matched.
Plan that fits
Solo
$19.99/mo · 5 workspaces, every platform in each
A coach usually runs one brand, and one workspace connects every channel it needs. Every workspace connects all the platforms above, with as many accounts as you need. Every plan has every feature; they differ only by how many workspaces (brands) you run.
Questions
Will my posts go out under my name or my business name on LinkedIn?
Under your name. seenpaid connects a personal LinkedIn profile only and cannot post to a LinkedIn company page yet.
Can I post client wins?
Only with the client’s permission, and without implying every client gets the same outcome. seenpaid does not check that for you; it publishes exactly what you wrote.
Can I reuse my best posts?
Yes. The recycle queue puts an evergreen post back on the calendar on a cadence you pick, so a good framework post is not seen once and forgotten.
Do LinkedIn likes and comments show up in seenpaid?
No. LinkedIn shares post engagement only with approved partners, and seenpaid is not one, so check LinkedIn itself. Threads engagement is not read either.
Is Instagram supported?
Not for new customers yet. Instagram publishing is waiting on Meta’s app review and works only for the seenpaid owner’s account today. Every channel on this page works now.
