Social media scheduling for one-person agencies

seenpaid fits freelance social media managers and one-person agencies, not larger teams. Save each client’s accounts as a group so one click selects them, schedule to LinkedIn, X, Threads and Bluesky, and show a client who sells through Stripe or Shopify which posts made money. An account is one login: there are no team seats, no approval flow and no white label.

Which platforms matter

Our pick of networks for one-person agencies, and how often to post on each.

For B2B clients. Posts go out from the client’s own personal profile, authorised once; company pages are not supported.

How often: Three posts a week per client. (Our recommendation)

Posts as your personal profile. LinkedIn company pages are not supported yet.

X is bring your own key: whoever holds the X API key pays X for API posting, so agree with each client who that is.

How often: Keep each client’s originals hours apart. Source: X’s open-sourced ranker: each post after an author’s first in a feed is scored down

Bring your own X API key. X bills you for API posting; seenpaid does not resell it.

Consumer brands that write short, friendly posts.

How often: One a day per client. (Our recommendation)

Clients in tech, media and publishing with an audience that left X.

How often: One or two a day per client. (Our recommendation)

  2. 2

Meet [name], who has run [client]’s support desk for [years]. The one thing she wishes every customer knew.
  3. 3

The offer with a real end date

[Offer] ends on [date]. After that the price goes back to [price]. Here is what is included.
  4. 4

  5. 5

    The best post, rewritten

Last quarter’s strongest client post back in the queue with a new opening line, through the recycle queue.

How the agent runs it

  1. 01Connect each client’s accounts and save them as a named account group, so one click in the composer selects exactly that client’s channels.
  2. 02Your own site goes into the signup brief. For each client after that, paste their site copy into your agent and ask for a week of posts in their voice.
  3. 03Load a month at a time with CSV bulk upload, or let the agent run validate_post and bulk_schedule.
  4. 04Send the client a screenshot of the calendar for sign-off. seenpaid has no approval flow, so approvals happen outside it.
  5. 05For clients who sell through Stripe, Shopify or Paddle, switch on attribution and report sales per post instead of reach.
How the agent works

Rules to know before you post

General information with its source, not legal advice. seenpaid publishes what you write and does not check it against these rules.

Agencies are intermediaries

An agency that writes sponsored or endorsement posts for a brand can share liability for them. The 2023 update spells out that intermediaries are covered, not only the brand and the endorser.

Disclosures in client influencer posts

When a client pays a creator, the disclosure belongs in the post and should not be hidden behind a More link.

Does revenue attribution apply to you?

For a client that sells online, tracked links credit each Stripe, Shopify, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy sale to the post that drove it. That turns a monthly report from reach into revenue per post. Clients who sell offline get nothing from it; leave it off for them.

Plan that fits

Multi-Brand

$39.99/mo · 15 workspaces, every platform in each

One workspace per client, each with every platform, on one subscription. Omni removes the workspace cap if the roster grows. Every workspace connects all the platforms above, with as many accounts as you need. Every plan has every feature; they differ only by how many workspaces (brands) you run.

Questions

Can my client or a freelancer log in too?

Not as a separate user. seenpaid has no invite flow or team seats today; an account is one login. If a client must approve posts, share the calendar with them outside seenpaid.

How do I keep clients’ accounts apart when posting?

Save each client’s accounts as a named account group. One click in the composer selects that group, so a post goes only to that client’s channels. Groups are a selection shortcut, not separate logins.

Does the plan limit count per client?

The plan counts workspaces, not accounts. Give each client a workspace: it connects every platform, with as many accounts as the client has, and each workspace counts once toward your plan’s number.

Is there white label reporting?

No. The dashboard carries seenpaid’s name. If a client needs your branding, export the numbers to CSV and put them in your own report.
