Social media scheduling for creators

seenpaid is a social media scheduler for creators who sell digital products: templates, courses, presets, memberships. It schedules to Threads, X, Bluesky, Tumblr and your Discord server. With revenue attribution on, it matches Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, Polar and Stripe sales back to the post that sent the buyer.

Which platforms matter

Our pick of networks for creators, and how often to post on each.

Text first with one image, which suits teasers and behind-the-scenes notes.

How often: Once or twice a day. (Our recommendation)

Launch days and drops still spread here through reposts and quote posts.

How often: A few originals a day, never back to back. Source: X’s open-sourced ranker: each post after an author’s first in a feed is scored down

Bring your own X API key. X bills you for API posting; seenpaid does not resell it.

Many artists and writers post here now. Likes, reposts and replies come back into seenpaid.

How often: One to three a day. (Our recommendation)

Art, fandom and long captions. Reblogs carry a post well past your own followers.

How often: A few posts a week. (Our recommendation)

Your community server’s announcements channel, through a webhook: the people who already follow your work closely.

How often: Launches and drops only. (Our recommendation)

Five posts to schedule

Sample drafts. Replace anything in brackets with your own details.

  1. 1

    The process clip or timelapse

Four hours of making this brush set, sped up. The set drops Friday, members first.
  2. 2

    The sample page

Here is page 12 of the planner template, no sign-up needed. The full version has the other 40 pages.
  3. 3

    The Discord launch countdown

Tomorrow at 17:00 UTC the Spring pack goes live here first, a full day before anywhere else.
  4. 4

    The behind-the-numbers post

What my last launch looked like, straight from my Gumroad dashboard: [sales], [refunds], and the one thing I would change.
  5. 5

    The buyer’s question

Someone asked if the LUTs work in DaVinci Resolve. Yes. Here is a before and after on a clip I shot last week.

How the agent runs it

  1. 01Give seenpaid your shop or landing page at signup. It spots how you sell and drafts three first posts from the product page.
  2. 02Connect Threads, Bluesky and Tumblr, add a Discord webhook, then switch on revenue attribution and connect Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, Polar or Stripe.
  3. 03Plan the launch week on the calendar: teaser, process post, launch day, a buyer question, last call.
  4. 04Ask your agent to fit each post to each network and run validate_post. Threads takes one image through seenpaid while X and Bluesky take four, so the carousel needs a cover image.
  5. 05After the week, Results shows sales per post, so the next launch repeats the post that sold, not the one that got likes.
How the agent works

Rules to know before you post

General information with its source, not legal advice. seenpaid publishes what you write and does not check it against these rules.

Sponsored posts and gifted products

When a brand pays you or sends you product, put the disclosure where people will see it, not at the end of a pile of hashtags.

“Don’t mix your disclosure into a group of hashtags or links.”

A platform’s paid-partnership label

Ticking a platform’s built-in branded content box may not be enough on its own. Write the disclosure into the post too.

Does revenue attribution apply to you?

Each link in a post carries a per-post tracking id. Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Whop and Polar send seenpaid a sale notification, and Stripe payments are read directly, so a sale is credited to the exact post the buyer clicked.

Plan that fits

Solo

$19.99/mo · 5 workspaces, every platform in each

One workspace connects every creator channel above. A second brand or a collaborator’s channels get their own workspace, and Solo covers several. Every workspace connects all the platforms above, with as many accounts as you need. Every plan has every feature; they differ only by how many workspaces (brands) you run.

Questions

Can seenpaid post to TikTok or Instagram for me?

TikTok works with a limit: the video lands in your TikTok drafts, you tap publish in the app, and the caption does not travel with it. Instagram is waiting on Meta’s app review and works only for the owner’s own account today. That is why neither is on this page’s list.

Which sales can it attribute?

Sales from Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, Polar and Stripe, among the checkouts it supports, when the buyer arrived through a tracked link in your post. A sale with no tracking id stays unmatched rather than guessed.

Does turning attribution on change my links?

Yes, that is how it works. Each link carries a per-post tracking id, through a short seenpaid redirect or as a parameter on your own URL. With attribution off, links go out exactly as you wrote them.

Can I post the same carousel everywhere?

Not identically. seenpaid attaches up to four images on X and Bluesky but one on Threads, Tumblr and Telegram, so pick the image that works alone as the first slide.
