// ChatGPT + seenpaid over MCP
Post to social media from ChatGPT
ChatGPT is OpenAI’s assistant. Asked directly, ChatGPT cannot post to X, Instagram or LinkedIn. It has no credentials for your accounts and no publishing rights — if you ask it to tweet, it will tell you it cannot. What it can do is call a connector that has those rights. seenpaid is a hosted MCP server, so once it is connected, ChatGPT can schedule to 21 platforms and read back what each post earned.
Connect it
ChatGPT’s connector setup moves between Developer Mode and the connectors UI depending on plan and rollout, so rather than publish a snippet that may already be stale, here is what you need. Add a remote MCP server with:
URL https://api.seenpaid.com/mcp
Transport streamable HTTP
Auth Authorization: Bearer sp_your_api_keyThings worth asking it
- ›Schedule this post to LinkedIn for Thursday at 9am.
- ›Which of my posts drove actual sales last month?
The last one is the part other social MCP servers cannot answer. They publish; they have no connection to your payments, so the agent is blind to what anything earned. See the tools that read revenue →
