What changes between Threads and X
Watch the length. X is 220 characters shorter than Threads, so a full-length Threads post will not fit. seenpaid counts against the shorter limit while you write.
X: X requires its own API credits. X now charges for API posting — this is X’s pricing, not seenpaid’s. Add credits (or the free-tier voucher) to your X developer account, or it’ll fail. The free platforms (Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads…) post at no cost.

Can I automatically post from Threads to X?

Will a Threads post fit on X?
Not always. Threads allows 500 characters and X allows 280, so anything over 280 characters has to be shortened. seenpaid counts against the shorter limit as you write and warns before scheduling, rather than failing at publish time.
Which of the two actually made money?
That is the part a cross-poster alone cannot tell you. seenpaid tracks the links in both copies separately, so when a sale lands in Stripe it is attributed to the platform and the post that produced it — you find out whether Threads or X is worth the effort.
