“Post more” is the most common and least useful advice in creator marketing. More low-quality posts train your audience to ignore you. The right cadence is the fastest one you can hold without the quality dropping.
Find your sustainable rate
- Start lower than you think — 3–4 quality posts a week beats 14 rushed ones.
- Hold it for a month before adding more; consistency compounds, spikes don’t.
- Increase only when the current cadence feels easy, never when it feels heavy.
Cadence is a tooling problem too
If posting five times a week is exhausting, the fix is often the workflow, not your discipline. Batching and scheduling can turn an unsustainable cadence into an easy one — and then the ceiling on “how often” rises on its own. Watch which cadence actually drives revenue, not just posts shipped, and let that guide you.
